What does Scribed Capital help me do?
Capital is the focused home for Scribed’s SAFE workflow: company setup, agreement preparation, investor and company signatures, activity history, and completed documents. It uses your Scribed account and workspace access.
Which SAFE forms can I prepare?
The workflow supports post-money SAFE variants for a valuation cap, a discount, cap plus discount, and MFN terms. A pro rata side letter is available for supported cap-based variants. Review the selected form and terms for your situation before sending.
Does a completed signature mean the investment is funded?
No. Capital tracks agreement execution separately from receipt of funds. Where a SAFE is linked to an eligible investor record, completion can create a pending cap-table investment. Your team records funding separately when it is received.
What does the investor see?
The investor receives a personal signing link, verifies access through email, reviews the agreement and disclosure, and adopts a typed or drawn signature. The company signer completes their own signature according to the selected signing order.
What can I keep after signing?
The completed workflow provides the executed SAFE and a certificate recording signing evidence. The activity history remains with the agreement. These records document the workflow; they are not a notarization or a guarantee of enforceability.
Does Capital find investors or move money?
No. Capital organizes SAFE preparation and signing for the company and investors you bring to the workflow. It does not offer investment brokerage, investment recommendations, payment processing, or legal advice.
